The presbytery is the governing body of the regional church; it consists of all its ministers and commissioned ruling elders of particular churches. The presbytery ordains and has oversight of ministers. “Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery” (1 Tim. 4:14 KJV).

Hub-Spokes 2026 Goals

  • Quebec Project. $20,000 to cover about 2/3 of the OPC’s 2025 commitment for assisting the ERQ (L’Église Réformée du Québec – the Reformed Church of Quebec) for training men for the Gospel ministry in Quebec.
